Alice Jacobs
Alice was born and raised in London, and now works as a set designer in Paris. Driven by her early interest in building sensuous environments, in her works she seeks to create worlds and interactive spaces that utilise bright colours and different materials/textures to arresting effect. She studied sculpture at Central St Martins and then went on to a masters in performance art at The Royal College of Art, London. As an installation and performance artist, her artistic background shapes and interweaves with her ongoing set design practice; she uses her knowledge of conceptual art and design to allow for a fusion between the two. For her work, Alice has traveled and exhibited from Poznan, Poland to Tokyo, Japan.
